Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and resalable items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be returned in similar packaging to protect it during shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.If there is a problem with your order that is the result of our error, we will fix it immediately and pay all return and reshipping fees.

I'm in Georgia and don't see sales tax on my order?
If you live in Georgia, we need to collect sales tax for your order. The tax does not show up until after you either log into a PayPal account, or enter in your credit card information and continue to the second page, and as long as the address is a Georgia address.How secure is this store?

Shipping
Please be advised that at this time, we do not ship outside of the USA. Parcels will ship between 1 to 5 business days from placing the order. Standard shipping will be FedEx Ground. If you need your order more quickly, please place a shipping upgrade in your shopping cart. Shipping confirmation will be sent to you through the FedEx tracking system. If this is a gift, we will set it up in Fedex so that you, not the recipient, will be notified when your gift has arrived. Please leave a note along with your order indicating that this is a gift, and note the name and address of the person/family who is getting the gift.

Can I get The Ultimate Home Book & Organizer in another color?
Unfortunately, the Ultimate Home Book & Organizer only comes in a beautiful Soft Green. I’m a Real Estate Agent. How can I add my brand to this gift? There are many ways that you can add information to the Ultimate Home Book & Organizer to keep you ‘top of mind’. Of course, each step is optional; you only need to customize the elements that you wish.- Place a ‘compliments of’ sticker on the inside of the front cover of the book.
- If you do regular mailings to your customers, place the appropriate tab label in the front of the organizer accordion. The labels we have provided for you are “Real Estate Agent Updates” and “Neighborhood Sales Activity”. If you have a specific name for your marketing communication programs, please feel free to create different labels. The labels are 1” x 4”.
- Place one or two old or current mailings into the accordion section.
- Put your business card in the business card holders in the back of the Contacts section of the Book.
- Fill in your information under ‘Real Estate Agent’ in the Contacts section of the book.
- Take and print any pictures of their home, or the family in front of their Sold Sign, and place them in the photo sleeves in the Journal section.
- Fill out the “This book belongs to” page in the Book.
- Fill in your name and address on the back of the referral postcards which are included with your order. Add postage so it is easy for your client to complete and send the card when they know of a potential referral for you.
